• NTN Certificate
• Invitation letter “1 copy to be faxed directly to the Embassy”
• Hotel Reservation “1 copy to be faxed directly to the Embassy “
• Return Air Ticket
• Bank Statement of the last 6 months with Bank Certificate
• Visa fee: Rs. 4200/
• Service charges: Rs. 1000/-
• Authority letter for Submission and Collection
• 1 set of all above mentioned documents in original and 1 photocopy
